Creditor Froze my account

What is the name of your state? New Jersey

Hello All:

I checked my account today and found about $1600 missing. When I called the bank, the told me that court issued a levy on my account for $1600. I have to call the court officer tomorrow, but I was trying to figure out what to expect. At this point will I be allowed to make a payment arrangement. And if so will they release the funds and allow me to make the payments or will they hold the money until it is satisfied.

Apparently there is judgment against you. You need to find out about it. Unless there is something wrong with how you were served or anything then they are within their rights to levy your account.
