Creditors after discharge of Bankrupcy

What is the name of your state? NM

We filed chapter 7 in oct of 2004, it was discharged in Jan of 2005. One of the creditors listed in the chapter 7 has just recently hired a Law firm to collect and or file a judgement against us. They have called and sent letters threatening us with a lawsuit!

What is our recourse? Can they be sued for harrassment and violation of the bankrupcy code?

Call the lawyer who did your bankrupcy.
