Just curious, how hard is it to fight the cross collateral clause, what if you had an account (i.e.) credit card with the CU for years then as we all know they add clauses and aggreements that we dont have the option to say yes or no to.Im being told by a certain debt management company that my state does not allow cross collateral......?
