damn cable companyWhat is the name of your state? Michigan I have a cable company who put me into collection stating it never got it's equipment back and also charged me two weeks past the date I had service cancelled. I have the recipt for when the box was picked up and it cooridnates with the shut off date. Yet they insist they are right. I have made a claim of wrong doing but that doesn't seem to matter to them. What do I do? Can I sue them for being dumb or anything else? Michael - NEVER use Charter Comm. ![]() |

| Send them a letter, certified mail return receipt. State what you said above. Send copies of the receipts. Is this on your credit reports? |
