Recently I was sent a collection from my bank. This all started from a payday loan that was taken out of my account before I had received my paycheck, and was going to put the money in there to recover it. Then the bank decides to charge me 3 times 33.00 for extra fees. Then ebay who was notified not to take any money out of my account because it was a negative balance decided to withdraw money as well. I was trying to get the bank account sorted....when everytime I looked there ebay was taking more more money out....and I was being charged everytime they did so 33 dollars 3 times.
I wrote ebay a ton of times, and even called the bank and was told by the bank themselves there was nothing they could do because it was taken out electronically. And after trying to get ahold of ebay......they finally put a stop to it when the account was overdrawn 1000 dollars! I was at my wits end.
Then I tried contacting wells fargo, I was without work for a few months but recently just got another job when I receive a collection notice from Wells Fargo Bank. Now they are wanting the full 1,000 dollars when I tried to tell them to put a stop to ebay taking out money out of the account before it reached to that amount.
I have no idea what to do and know I can't pay a 1,000 dollars in one month.....even if i could come up with payment arrangements...it could only be around a 100 a month to send to them, but I am still unsure if they will even accept this.
Please help with what to do about the situation,
