Question

debt collection

What is the name of your state?Ga. I have a credit card bill thats about 2wks late.What the earliest and latest time inwhich they can call you at home.they call sometime 10 o'clock at night

Is it the original company? If so, they can pretty much get away with whatever they want, very few states provide protection from the original creditor. Technically they should not call before 8am, and after 9pm, but they can get away with it, there isn't much you can do about it, and if they think they can annoy you into paying, they will.
