Debt collection

What is the name of your state? Texas

A friend of mine introduced me to person who promised to invest money and get a return of $3000/month for every $10,000 I invested. I called few other people who has invested and they were getting 2-3 K / month. I invetsed $15,000 in October 1999 and this person declared banktrupcy (I think chapter 13) within a month. ie., Nov 1999. I never got any return from him. The case went for a while and he paid around $1700 through Chapter 13 Trustee. Howevere, he stopped paying all of a suddent and court deopped his case. I have all the communcation from the court.

Is there anyway I can collect the reminder of the money back from this person. He had signed an agreement about the investment and the promised returns as a proof of my investment.
