Question

Debt Collections after bankruptcy discharged.

What is the name of your state? Maryland

For the past six months I have received harassing telephone calls from a collection agency pertaining to a (MBNA credit card). In September 1986, I filed bankruptcy and a discharge was granted. I do have a copy of the discharge paperwork. I have notified the collections agency, but they continue to call 3 to 4 times daily. What is my recourse?

So - you are saying that they are calling on an (at least) 18 yr old debt?
You haven't incurred any debt with MBNA since your BK discharge?
