debt crazy

What is the name of your state? New york
i entered a debt program to pay off some bills. The company's agreed to the payment plan. Now one of them has sent me a consumer credit transaction, demanding full payment? what should i do?

What, exactly, is a 'consumer credit transaction' ??
Have you been served with a lawsuit ?

Creditors are NOT required to participate in any of these 'debt plans', and many of them absolutely refuse to. Most of these debt management/negotiation/settlement companies are pure scams anyway, they offer NOTHING that you cannot do yourself for far less money. They also offer you NO protection from lawsuits.
