debt recovery associates

My wife has an old discover card debt that is past the SOL. A company by the name of Debt Recovery Associates is calling trying to collect. They called a family member and represented themselves as a government official. When I called them they were abusive and threatened legal action.

I am trying to find an address for them to send a cease and desist letter, but cannot find them listed anywhere. does anyone know of this company, location, different business name etc.
