Debt repayment questionWhat is the name of your state? OH Is it legal for a creditor or a debt collector to refuse a payment on a debt I owe? If I make the payments in reasonable installments to where they would be paid off in two or three payments? I am just curious. I do not rightly know and I cannot for the life of me find any legal information on the matter. |

| I think it is unlikely that if you send them a payment they will send it back, however, it may not stop them from continuing collection. |
