Deceased to Unrated

What is the name of your state? Maryland

I recently had a bank record that said I was deceased under remarks, changed. But it now says Pay Status "Unrated" with nothing in the balance field, not zero like the rest. Will that be a considered adverse by creditors? Can I get it removed?What is the name of your state?
