default judgement

What is the name of your state?FL
My husband's car was repossesed in 2001. He was unable to make payments because the company he worked for went out of business. On his credit report it shows the car as being charged off. This past Tuesday he received a subpoena to appear for a deposition. Apparently, the court issued a default judgement against him in October of 2001. My husband never received the subpoeana to appear back in 2001. We were able to find the judgement from the court in 2001 and the address listed for my husband is incorrect. He has never lived at the address shown on the judgement. What rights does he have now? Can he invalidate that judgement?
