deposition duces tecum

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? florida

Hi I have a judgment that expired over a year ago { first filed in 98 }and was not re-recorded. I received a deposition in aid of execution duces tecum. It is not signed by a judge but by the collection agency "law firm" it has the usual "this is an attempt to collect a debt and any info etc. etc." they are asking for the usual info, tax returns bank statements etc. The original judgment amount was 3k dollars and they now want over 10k I offered them the 3k but they won't budge, my question is ......1. is this a real subpoena or just a collection attempt made to look like the real deal. the papers were "served" to my wife while I was gone and she has no idea as to the authenticity of the server.... 2. what can happen if I do not show up at the deposition ? Any insight will be most appreciated
