Dept collectionsDawn Piccinetti My boyfriend has a student loan defaulted in New York and wants to open up a bussiness account with his and his partner name on it that he and his friend are starting in Tenneessee. My question is can they garnish his half of the bussiness account to pay back the defaulted student loans? Last edited by Rockinbandchic; 08-29-2009 at 02:55 PM. |
