Dismissal of Arbitration

Oregon
My husband recieved this letter in the mail from National Arbitration forum, neither of us have any idea what it is about.

Dear Parties:
The claimant (world wid asset Purchasing LLC) requested this matter to be Dismissed. Pursuant to rule 40 of the Code of Procedure, the forum has granted Dismessal and the above matter is Dismissed without prejudice
The case is now closed with the National Arbitration forum. All future inquireis regarding this case should be directed to the op[posing party.
Does anyone have any ideas?
thanks
