Divorce nightmare!

I live in California. I am getting a divorce. My husband and I have several loans (2 vehicles, a trailer/rv, and a credit card) that total approximatley $65k. I am paying my bills, but he refuses to pay his bills since I left. I know have 6-10 "30-day late" payments on my credit plus his vehicle is about to be repossesed. I have tried to convince him to pay the bills, re-finance them into his name, trade them in, or just sell but he won't! What can I do to be relieved of the debt for his debts? Everything is in both our names and we signed for the loans before we were married.

Unfortunately your options are only to pay the bills or possibly file bankruptcy. For $65k I'd seriously consider filing bankruptcy. Talk to a local BK attorney for strategies to keep your stuff.
