Do I have a CaseWhat is the name of your state? CA I am thinking about suing (what type of court should I sue in if I have a case)? Here's the exec. summary: Case 1: Account was allegedly purchased by an out of state Collection agency. They had failed repeatedly to respond to my requests for Validation (more than 5). Yet, they kept on verifying and updating the account info with the Credit bureaus, without even noting that the account is being disputed by the consumer (me). Case 2: Collection agency in California, continued efforts to collect interest fees incurred as a result of a medical bill. The bill was paid in full (minus the interest) to the original creditor. |

| yes, full name, address, and account number as reported by them. They have never sent any letter, just suddenly started to report. only responded once after my DV with a standard collection letter. -Yes, you owe the interest too. If it was called for in the contract, you will have to pay it. No contract at all. Severl reporting erros..... |
