Don't know where else to turn

What is the name of your state?florida. I filed bankruptcy in the year 2000 and one of the companies I filed with,as soon as they recieved the papers they opened another account in my name without my knowledge or consent. I was told any correspondence that had to do with my house (which was also part of the bankruptcy) I was to disregard. Well 2 years later I found out that RGE an electric company in NY had opened this account and the balance was $1700.66.and on my credit and in collection HELP!!!!!
