Don't live in US. Lawsuit for paid debt.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA
Hi,

My sister has lived overseas for over 10 years. Some of her mail is delivered to my house. She received a collections letter from a law firm representing the creditor and threatening lawsuit. She settled this debt years ago. Should I forward the letter to her and have her correspond from overseas? Or should I respond to inform them that she no longer live in the country?
