I OWE 6500.00 ON A CREDIT CARD SINCE 1988 I RECIEVED A LETTER FROM THE CREDIT CARD CO STATEING THEY WILL REFER A OUTSIDE COLLECTION AGENCY FOR FURTHER COLLECTION ACTION, ALSO CAN THEY DO WAGE GARNISHMENT CAN THIS BE DONE DUE TO THE LENGTH OF TIME 26 YEARS?

Your question is confusing and the style in which you phrased the problem is very hard to follow. Try using sentences and paragraphs and punctuation to explain what your problem is.

Also, all caps is considered rude. Besides, it is hard to read.

When was the last time you made a payment on the debt?

How much is the debt now?

Have you been sued?

Has the collection agency contacted you? When? What did they say?

What is the general picture of your financial situation?
