| If your bank account was frozen, then a judgment exists against you. The time to refute the validity of the debt was looong before the judgment was entered. You're not going to get any 'emergency release', it's going to be tedious process to challenge the judgment, in court, and then PROVE to a judge that the debt was never yours in the first place. Once that's proven, and the judge vacates the judgment, then you can get your bank account back.
No matter what, you're going to have to contact the attorney who sued you.
