Enforce judgement

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NC IF SOMEONE TRANSFERS ALL THEIR ASSETS PRIOR TO THE JUDGEMENT ORDER HOW DO YOU EVERRRRRR GET YOUR MONEY????? CAN YOU HAVE CRIMINAL CHARGES APPLIED AND HAVE THEM ARRESTED??? VERY FRUSTRATED??? THIS PERSON THAT OWES THE MONEY HAS MOVED ALL HIS PRIOR ASSETS INTO HIS WIFES NAME BEFORE THE JUDGEMENT WAS ENTERED, HE KNEW WE WERE SUING SO EVERYTHING HE OWNED HE TOOK OUT OF HIS NAME, HE SIGNED A PROMISSORY NOTE AND NOW WILL NOT REPAY IT. WE HAVE FOLLOWED ALL THE LEGAL STEPS AND HE HAS NOT RESPONDED TO ANY OF THE NOTICES BY THE COURTS. WE ARE NOW SCHEDULED TO HAVE A HEARING DISCOVERY, BUT HE WILL SHOW UP AND SAY I HAVE NOTHING BUT MY DISABLITY CHECK??? WHAT WILL WE DO NEXT??

(please don't yell at us)

Depends. Need more information - what exactly are the circumstances?

Please use both upper and lower case (correctly) when you reply. It makes your post easier to read. Typing in all upper case means you're screaming at us.
