Erroneous Attempt To Collect Debt

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia

GEMoney continues to send me a bill erroneously for a debt that is not owed. What do I file in small claims court to GEMoney to get this resolved? I bought a Cub Cadet tractor with a Cub Cadet credit card on their 6 month no fee no interest plan in an effort to improve my credit rating. It was paid off in 5 1/2 months and since then, GEMoney has been sending me a bill for other fees. I have my paid in full statement and all the payment info. I'm tired of sending them letters that are ignored and this issue has affected my credit. I found the Virginia GEMoney registered agent and I want to proceed to get this resolved.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

The first thig I would do is contact their customer service people and get an understanding of why they think you woe them the money they are seeking. Do not file a claim or contact the AG until you know what their claim is.
