Estimate of Court Judgement??

What is the name of your state? Ohio When being sued in Civil Court for $40,000 plus? by several credit card and collection agencies what is the Judge likely to order.
As I posted several times, I have no income of any kind, only monthly social security check, no bank accounts, I cash my s.s. check in a grocery store so they seize it.
I have old car 1992 ford, some funiture, personal posessions for 1 bedroom apartment, all dated to around 1982 Nothing new.
No way to pay any of these debts now or in the future, no way I will ever have any money except the s.s.check.
What will the Judge order knowing I have nothing. I cant file bankrutcy as I cannot borrow and do not have the money to file.
I dont know the proceedure a case like this is likely to be. I need to be prepared for what will happen.

Are you actually BEING sued yet ?? If not, then stop fretting about it. You have NOTHING they can take and any collector can see that by looking at your credit reports and all available information in various databases. That is probably the reason no one has sued you in the last 14 years.

IF, IF, IF you were sued, they would not all sue at once anyway. The judge would rule on each separate case and if you have no defense, the judge finds for the Plaintiff for the amount of the debt they claim plus they get attorney's fees and court costs. It won't matter than you have no assets for them to collect, the judge will rule in their favor if you have no defense.

Once the statute of limitations runs out, then you WILL have an absolute defense to get any lawsuit thrown out.

You don't know that anything WILL happen. If they'd wanted to really come after you they'd have done it a LONG time ago. Unless you have some crystal ball and ability to see the future, you're just panicking.

Please read some of her prior posts; she won't follow the rules of the forum and expects everyone to jump to her bidding.

SJ, I've read them all and I've been back and forth with her in PM. She's scared and I don't blame her but panic is never productive.
