Is this even LEGAL?????????

What is the name of your state? Colorado

I've posted before stating that I was working with Mann Bracken to settle a debt. I thought we had come to a settlement agreement, but then when I asked if I could pay over the telephone with a credit card she told me that they charge $0.95 per $10.00 that is put on a credit card. Is that even legal? I asked her to send me a letter outlining the settlement and a breakdown of the fees they were charging. She said she would. I gave her my fax number and haven't heard from her since, and that was two days ago.

So, my question is: can they really charge that fee?
