fixing your credit

What is the name of your state? Ohio

I posted this at the starting a business section, but I see no signs of life over there. So I thought Id give it a try here. Sorry for being a duplicate.

This is the long version: I recently used techniques I learned on the internet, and Im sure most of you have used or at least heard of to remove items from my credit report. It was fairly simple and quick. Being the capitalist I am, I want to do this for other people, at a nominal fee of course. I have researched it just about everywhere I could, I see that there are a lot of procedures that need to be followed, and disclosures that need to be given. My question is this: Are there any state or federal licenses that I will need to get to practice a business such as this? I will set up an LLC, and primarily work from my home. Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Monique
