fraudWhat is the name of your state?Massachusettes I work in a dental office and have a pt. that needed $2000.00 in dental work. She brought in a letter signed by her employer stating they will pay the full balance 10-1-04. As it turns out the letter was fraudulent. Drafted by the pt and signed by her. I have since given several opportunities her to make this right with no avail. Are their charges I can press agains this pt. If so how do I. ![]() |

| Of course you have recourse - you can sue her for the money due you. For 2K its likely to go to small claims court, but levels vary by state, so find out. You should hire a lawyer.
