Friend borrowed $1500, now he left the state i heard and wont pick up calls. AHHHHHHHWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA Out of kind heartedness to an old soccer buddy, i let my friend borrow $1500 with the written agreement that I was to get paid back in 6 months. I collected only $200 so far 9 months later, and his friend has informed that he has moved to IDAHO. This was after the fact that he would not pick up his phone. The question is, am i SCREWED, by this so called friend or thief? What do I need to do to collect my debt |

| I was going to make a reference to a slippery substance and quarters, but ... oh crap... I did it anyway. DC
