"Friend" taken car and fled.

What is the name of your state? NH

Hi

My friend is having problems with a neighbour that she stood guarantour on a car loan for. The neighbour had her house re-possessed and then moved away leaving no forwarding address. She took the car, stopped paying for it and now my friend is left footing the bill.

Can you please tell me what my friend is within her rights to do? This woman is totally messing up her credit and she is alone bringing up two small children.

Is she solely on the title of the car or are both names on the title?
