What is the name of your state? pa. can creditors freeze my bank account containing my bd of ed. disability pension and socail security.

Money from dissability and SS are exempt. But they take it ,then you have to go to the courts and file exemption to get it back Basically the CA doesnt check where the money comes from, they just take it. Good luck
If you go to Clerk of Courts they have the forms you need.

By the way they should get a Judgment first.
