Garnishing wages AND freezing account

What is the name of your state? NY

New York State Higher Education is garnishing my wages for 10% of my income. At this point, can they also freeze my bank account? Thank you so much for the time to answer

Probably and don't be expecting to keep any tax refund you might ordinarily get. You're obviousl delinquent on a student loan and they CAN take your tax refunds.. along with any other judgment enforcement remedies.
