| | | Garnishment question
What is the name of your state? NY
If a creditor wins a judgement, but I already have child support court ordered taken from my paychecks, can a creditor still have the garnishment taken, I read somewhere they cant. Any one know for sure |

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).
Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Have a hap-hap-happy day. | Thats okay, I found my answer on a legal website where all the "experts" aren't pretending they have knowledge in the legal field, unlike here where half the posters get a smart remark from some lawyer wanna be who seems to get their jollys on pretending they're half knowledgeable, you have your self a hap-hap-happy day, your arrougunt "wanna be". |

Funny how he was able to find a bunch of legal websites, but couldn't google the answer to his question first... 
It would have been easier to find the answer to his question, than to find more than 1 website, then wait for a response, then (if he's smart), still google to make sure he actually has the right answer, and not just the answer he thinks he wants to hear.
