GarnishmentsWhat is the name of your state? Oregon My wife and I are both having 25% of our wages taken in a garnishment. We owed Ford Credit $9277.04 in April 2003. Since then they have collected $14,584.97. They tacked on $5,672.86 in Post-adjudication Interest. Is this legal? It sounds very unfair to pay interest on a vehicle we do not have. |

| Since they have a judgment, the judgment ITSELF accrues statutory interest, though that amount sounds excessive.
