What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Yes (Virginia)
Sirs,
I am being billed for dental work my wife had done last year.
I never received any estimate or forms of information on what my responsibilities would be.
I would like to know if I am libel for this bill since as gaurantor of my wife's dental insurance, I never signed off on any of the paperwork.
