| You waited too long to get advice, there is really nothing that can be done on such a short notice. The only real option you have at thi$ time is to find an attorney that will accept your ca$e on $uch $hort notice and can get a continuance. Gue$$ what you will need to make thi$ happen?

Come on man. Seriously. File your answers in accordance with the rules of civil procedure of your court. Texas SOL is 4 years across the board. |

| OK, first time, let's see if we can help you. First, why are you going to court? Since its a Monday, I suspect that you have an answer due on Monday (Monday is always answer day). Or have you been called to trial (often the courts say that trial is for the week or two week period starting on a Monday). Post EXACTLY what you were sent/served/received that makes you think you have to go to court and we can help you. Second, what court is it? Small Claims? Justice of the Peace? County Court? Third, have you been sent anything else from the plaintiff ... specifically, admissions, interrogatories or a request for production? |
