Grounds for an appeal...?

What is the name of your state? AZ

I have two credit cards that charged off at more or less the same time in 2001. So both are passed the Arizona SOL. I had been served on both of them. I used the SOL defense on both.

I looked them up last night and for case "A" the judge granted the plantiffs motion for a summary judgement. For Case "B" a different judge (same court house) denied the plantiffs request for summary judgement and notes states because the SOL defense was in my answer.

Do I have any grounds for an appeal on the Summary judgement if a judge in the same court house denied the same request for a debt of the same age and type?
