Harrassing phone calls from a collector - Need legal rights for me

What is the name of your state?COLORADO
My husband and I are in the process of filing bankruptcy. We have given the attorney the retainer. We have a specific company that we sent a letter to telling them that we were filing bankruptcy and not to contact us or any other family memebers pertaining to this debt from this point forward. Our attorney has sent them a letter as well in regards to contacting us. This company is refusing to stop the calling and has contacted family members again to gain information or asking to pass information on to us. This company has valid phone number information to contact my husband and they have contacted us on several occassions. I need to find out what more we can do and where I may find an attorney that will take our case and file harrassment charges against this company. We would also need it to be on a contingency basis as well because obviously we are filing bankruptcy. Could someone please help with where we go from here and what we can do regarding this. This company is contacting our family out of spite and just to make us mad. Any help and specifics on laws and information would really be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
