I have a hearing set up in August to hopefully stop my wage garnishments on one of my loans.
I just recents consolidated my other loans but was told I couldn't add this loan because my wages were being garnished. I requested a hearing due to the hardship the garnishments are creating for my family financially.
My question is has anyone been through the hearing process? What happens if they don't stop your wage garnishments?
