Help?

Oregon

I have made some bad choices and I am now in the situation where my credit card companies have turned me over to a local lawyer. I have a networking business that is just starting to take off and my income is starting to increase. I am afraid that since the business is in my name, attached to my SSN that the income that I earn from it will be garnished or I will loose my business. If I create an LLC and put the networking business in that name will it be protected. Please help me with this situation. I have full intentions of repaying my debt but as for right now I need all the income I can just to pay my rent and utilities.

Thank you,

Kelsie

No RESPONSIBLE person on this legal forum will help you to avoid a valid debt.

Then contact the creditors and negotiate a settlement agreement.... or borrow the money and pay the debts... then repay the loan from your soon incoming funds.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
