help with entering an answer

What is the name of your state?mi

as prev. posted i have been in contact with an attorney that sent me a summons re: a debt collection from MBNA. we are working out a settlement but i have to file an answer with the court by wed. i picked the form up today but i'm not sure what to write down on it. any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanx G
