help me with some answers

What is the name of your state? arkansas. my husband just received a summons for a credit card we do not own. i have went to the credit report web site for transunion a year ago and had them investigate the card and they came back and deleted it from his report, but now it is back on there. we have been telling this company that we have never owned or had in our possesion this card for the last 8 years now, we also told them to send us prove of us having it but they could'nt send us nothing showing us where we had signed anything. it showed that it was done over the phone. i will send in my answer telling them what i just told you. the thing is my husband is not working because he is in the middle of filing for disability. could any body tell me what to do. thank you debra in 1998 we had a letter sent to us saying they were lawyers and wanted us to settle this debt and when we asked them to show us prove of the debt they sent us a copy of something showing my husbands work and social security number but that was all. and it said the card had been approved over the phone but nothing with a signature so we just let it go. then when i was checking his credit report it was on there so i had transunion investigate it and they sent me a notice showing they had deleted it from his report. now we get a summons saying they are going to sue him, so i went back to check his report and it is back on there so i am having them investigate it again to see what happens. all i can do i guess is send in the answer and hope everything turns out. thank you if you have any other info that might help me i would appreciate it very much.

I'm not exactly sure what you're saying. Is your husband a victim of Identity Theft? If so, have you filed a police report? Checked his CR to see if anything else fraudulent is on it? Please explain a little further.

If it was in fact a summons (debt collectors sometimes lie about them)... follow the instructions and file a 'general denial' of all claims. Then, ask the court about a 'Subpoena Duces Tecum' to be sent to the plaintiff, asking them to provide ALL records they claim to have supporting this debt.

When you receive the records, review them and post back here for the next steps (if any).

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
