Help Needed To Get hold of website

I'm resident of India and a client of mine didn't paid $30,000 .. my debt collectors were able to get $7000 but after that he disappeared since last 3 months and not responding to anything..

My debt collectors told that he doesn't owns any assets.. So what my question here is

1) Can i file a case against him, if i am not resident of US ?
2) If i win case, and he doesn't own any assets then can i get all his websites (he owns about 50+ websites, which makes about $10,000/month).. ?

If he makes $10k/month, he must have some assets you can collect from.

Lawsuits are not about justice. They are about MONEY. If you don't want money, then you shouldn't be thinking about suing. And people post here because they are thinking about suing. Because they want money, no matter how much they don't want to admit that to themselves.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Yes I am based in India, but the guy who didnt paid me is based in USA

he makes more than $10K/mo but he's heavy drug addicted guy.. so he spends everythng there

Clearly those web sites are worth more then he owes you.
