What is the name of your state? NY

What are my option? How do I remove the levy against my bank account. I am a sinlge father of a 13 year old boy. My Debt trouble goes back a few years due to my divorce. I also support a 75 year old Mother.

Do I have a case at all? Your promtp responses will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

MY RESPONSE: Insofar as the creditor is concerned, this is irrelevant.

MY RESPONSE: Based upon what you've written, there's nothing you can do.

You can remove the levy by paying the bill. If you can't pay for it, apply for a personal loan or a debt consolidation loan
