Question

home business trying to collect $

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Nevada
I have a home business and am/ have been trying to collect a debt owed to me. I was trying to find out if there is a specific time frame in which I can or should file a mechanic's lien? The paperwork is very confusing.
