How to collect on judgment

What is the name of your state? IL - In bringing pro se cases to court for collection, does the " winning " plaintiff question the debtor, or does the judge? Can a citation to discover asset to third party be used to subpoena a debtor's live-in boyfriend to discover her assets?

My response:

Do you have some problem with getting up off your fat ass and buying a book on the subject from your local bookstore like I told you in your other thread?

This is why they sell BOOKS on this subject, because it's pages and pages long!
