What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona
A customer purchased four machines from me and paid me $1200 for them back in September. After over 3 months of letters, emails and phone calls I still can't get him to get these shipped out and he no longer returns calls or replies to emails or letters. I have notified him through email, phone call and certified letter that storage fees are being charged now but he hasn't replied. They take up a considerable amount of space in my small warehouse and I just want them out ASAP. How can I legally dispose of them without him being able to come back and sue me later? I am in Arizona and he is in New York.
