While the time to comply has passed, the court will clearly look favorably on anyone who complies without court intervention.

However, you still have to go to the hearing. And, you still may get sanctions.

its my understanding one cant be forced into a court of equity per the judiciary Act of 1789.

SEC. 16. And be it further enacted, That suits in equity shall not be sustained in either of the courts of the United States, in any case where plain, adequate and complete remedy may be had at law.

(at common law) - for a trial by jury of ones peers and not a trial by judge.
