 How do we get the Money back now?!What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida My husband had his wages garnished from a credit card company that filed a judgement against him. He went to court and the judge decided that she should get the money back because he makes more money than me and we have 2 small children. He was told he was not going to have his wages garnished and all the money taken will be returned to him. During this time, he started a new job. His previous employer held the money but never contacted him when they received the release and gave the money to the credit card company instead. We keep getting the runaround everytime we call and now they have to get the money back from the credit card company and expect us to wait and see. This is not our fault that his previous employer released the money to the wrong people. Is there anything we can do? they are the ones that didn't follow court orders and we really need this money. |

| The money went to pay down his debt. There is no way you are getting any of it back.
