Awesome info. Thanks bossman. I was thinking it was some kind of form I had to fill out. You are the man thank you very much!

If they cannot come up with my original application for credit would they have much to stand on?

Do you think a creditor would cancel a trial date since they have to pay an attorney more money since it was not a default judgement. Like I said if it was for jcpenny's then it was for originally 400 dollars and it is now 1,700. Hoping for a miracle.
